Each Solution is codified to adopt the Circle’s local conditions. Within each codification is embedded a governable series of connected steps that concurrently promote agency, action and alignment
PROMOTING COMMUNITY AGENCY
A critical step embedded in the codification of all solutions is to confirm Community Agency prior to delivering the solution. This includes community ownership of the solution adoption, co-funding of the solution, and the set up of resilience committees to sustain the improvement. As engagement matures, the nature of agency is increased
PROMOTING FUNDER COLLECTIVE ACTION
Each circle is designed to involve multiple funders with business or strategic or emotional ties to the Circle. Each codified solution is designed to allow every funder to collectively track the Circle level status, momentum and goals, while preserving their independence to act independently and be recognised
PROMOTING GOVERNMENT ALIGNMENT
Each solution is codified for its Circle to achieve government alignment across administrative support and permissions, convergence with available schemes, and a sync with long term policy and goals
